Weil is advising AK Steel in its $360 million acquisition of Precision Partners Holding Company (Precision Partners). AK Steel is a leading producer of flat-rolled carbon, stainless and electrical steel products primarily for the automotive, infrastructure and manufacturing, electrical power generation and distribution markets and Precision Partners is a leading North American automotive market company that provides engineering, tooling, die design and cold stamped steel parts. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2017 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
