Weil advised P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. (a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners) in its sale to Paulson & Co. Inc. and TriArtisan Capital Advisors LLC. P.F. Chang’s is a restaurant chain and a globally recognized brand known for authentic made-from-scratch Asian cuisine with focus on high-quality, fresh ingredients and wok-trained chefs. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Weil previously advised Centerbridge Partners in its $1.1 billion take-private of P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in 2012.
