Weil advised KTR Capital Partners in the sale of its real estate assets and operating platform to real estate investment trust Prologis, Inc. in a transaction valued at $5.9 billion. This transaction also included the sale of 3.6 million square feet of development-in progress and a land bank with build-out potential of 6.8 million square feet.
KTR Capital Partners is a real estate-focused private equity firm with an operating portfolio of 60 million square feet of industrial real estate across 322 properties in Southern California, New Jersey, Chicago, South Florida, Seattle and Dallas.
