(Gores Holdings II), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by an affiliate of The Gores Group, LLC, in its definitive agreement and merger with Verra Mobility. Upon closing, this transaction introduced Verra Mobility as a publicly listed company, with an enterprise value of $2.4 billion. The transaction closed October 17, 2018.
