Weil Advised CVC and Cunningham Lindsey in Sale of Cunningham Lindsey to Sedgwick Claims Management

Weil advised CVC Capital Partners and Cunningham Lindsey in the sale of Cunningham Lindsey to Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. is a leading global provider of technology enabled risk and benefits solutions and Cunningham Lindsey is a global loss adjusting, claims management and risk solutions firm. The transaction closed on April 16, 2018. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Weil also advised CVC Capital Partners in its acquisition of majority control of Cunningham Lindsey in 2012.
