Weil Advised Cornell Capital and KDC/ONE in KDC/ONE’s Merger with HCT

Weil advised Cornell Capital and its portfolio company Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/ONE), a contract developer, manufacturer and supplier of personal care and household products, in its merger with HCT Group Holdings Limited, a provider of design, engineering, manufacturing, formulation, filling and logistics services for cosmetics products. The transaction closed on January 23, 2020.
