Weil Advised Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in the Recapitalization of Berlin Packaging

Weil advised Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) in the recapitalization of Berlin Packaging L.L.C., resulting in CPPIB and Oak Hill Capital Partners having joint control of Berlin. Berlin Packaging is a supplier of packaging products and services to companies in multiple industries, providing customers of all sizes with a one-stop shop for glass, plastic, and metal containers and closures. The transaction closed December 31, 2018.
