Weil Advised Berkshire Partners in CPP’s Recapitalization with Berkshire and Warburg Pincus

Weil advised Berkshire Partners in the recapitalization, together with Warburg Pincus, of Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP). CPP is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered components and sub-assemblies primarily for the commercial aerospace, defense and industrial gas turbine markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
