International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Paul Genender has joined as a partner in the Firm’s national Complex Commercial Litigation practice. He will be based in Weil’s Dallas office.

Mr. Genender joins Weil from the Dallas office of K&L Gates, where he was a partner. He has experience representing clients on business matters involving antitrust, real estate, breach of contract, business fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, deceptive trade practice, unfair competition, securities fraud, misappropriation, theft of trade secrets, and complex software litigation. He also has extensive experience in federal and state courts in bench and jury trials, and in arbitration proceedings.
