Weil Adds Banking & Finance Partner Dr. Wolfram Distler in Frankfurt

International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Dr. Wolfram Distler has joined the Firm as a partner. He is part of Weil’s Banking & Finance practice and is based in the Firm’s Frankfurt office.

Dr. Distler joins Weil from DLA Piper, where he was a partner in the firm’s Finance & Projects practice. He has broad experience in the financing sector and a market-leading position in advising on a wide range of loan financings, including acquisition financings, take-over financings, syndicated corporate loans, energy and infrastructure financings, real estate financings, export financings and tax structured financings.
