Three Weil partners have been recognized with TMA Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards. Presented by the Turnaround Management Association, the awards honor individuals who have successfully navigated complex and challenging matters, creating positive outcomes that preserved value, saved jobs and showcased the power of collaborative effort.
Business Finance & Restructuring Department Co-Chair Matt Barr, Business Finance & Restructuring partner Andriana Georgallas, and Banking & Finance partner Allison Liff were honored for their roles in syncreon’s landmark financial restructuring, which TMA recognized in the “International Company Transaction” category.
The TMA awards committee selected this year’s winning turnarounds and transactions after rigorous review of a highly competitive field. The professionals that worked on the award-winning matters will be recognized for their achievements at IMPACT 2020: The TMA Experience from September 29 to October 1.
