Antitrust partner Steven Bernstein has been recognized as an Antitrust “Trailblazer,” by The National Law Journal.
In a special supplement to NLJ published today, Mr. Bernstein is recognized among a group of antitrust attorneys.
Mr. Bernstein’s previous role at the FTC is noted, along with his work on some of the most significant mergers in recent years, including advising Actavis in its acquisition of Allergan, Johnson & Johnson in its acquisition of Synthes, and Health Management Associates in its sale to Community Health Systems. Mr. Bernstein marks the seventh Weil partner since late 2015 to be named NLJ Trailblazers in their respective fields of expertise.
