In addition, she led the development of the 2012 women partner business development training and events and has been an active participant in the NY Corporate Department Women’s Initiative.
The YWCA-NYC Academy of Women Leaders Salute Luncheon is a celebration of the women leaders who inspire greatness from us all. One of the nation’s largest, most visible and important tributes to professional women leaders, the Salute Luncheon allows a broad spectrum of companies, professional service organizations and nonprofits to embrace and celebrate the advancement of women and demonstrate their commitment to diversity. Weil has been a longtime supporter of the YWCA of New York City and their important mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
