Human Rights Campaign Foundation Names Weil a 2018 “Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ Individuals

Weil has again been ranked among the “Best Places to Work” for members of the LGBTQ community with a perfect score of 100% on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s CEI is a national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.

The CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination policies across business entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, internal education and accountability metrics to promote LGBTQ inclusion competency, and public commitment to LGBTQ equality. Weil’s diversity and inclusion efforts have fulfilled all of the CEI’s criteria, thereby earning a 100% ranking and the designation of a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality.”
