Private Equity Infrastructure Finance partner Emma Serginson has been named among the top 30 young finance lawyers most active on deals across EMEA in MergerLinks’ “Rising Stars” series for 2023.

Emma was honored for her work on various deals, including advising Macquarie Asset Management on the acquisition financing of Roadchef, the third-largest motorway service area operator in the U.K., from Antin Infrastructure Partners. Emma, as part of a team, has also advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on the refinancing of Sølvtrans, a leading wellboat operator and Igneo Infrastructure Partners on the refinancing of Enfinium, the largest pure-play waste-to-energy business in the U.K.
