Litigation Department Co-Chair David Lender has been recognized as a 2018 Litigation “Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal in a special supplement to NLJ.
The profile of Mr. Lender showcases his representation of corporate defendants in their most significant disputes. It highlights his recent defense victory for C&S Wholesale Grocers in a rare antitrust class action jury trial in Minnesota federal court, as well as his previous role representing GE as lead trial counsel in a competitor patent infringement lawsuit involving wind turbine technology, in which a Texas federal jury awarded GE $170 million.
