Tax partner Benjamin Rapp has been named among the top 30 young tax lawyers most active on deals across EMEA in MergerLinks’ “Rising Stars” series for 2023.

Benjamin was honored for his work on various deals such as advising an affiliate of Lone Star Funds on the sale of MBCC Group to Sika for £4.5 billion and ChargePoint’s £214 million acquisition of has-to-be GmbH.
