Bambo Obaro has been named to the 2017 National Bar Association’s “40 Under 40 Nation’s Best Advocates.” The annual initiative recognizes 40 of the nation’s most accomplished legal professionals – a select group that includes judges, general counsels, private practitioners, academics and government attorneys, among others – under the age of 40 who are making a meaningful impact on the legal community and beyond.
The award honors Mr. Obaro’s expertise in complex commercial litigation as well as his commitment to pro bono and public service. In addition to his record of success, Mr. Obaro is an active member of the legal community and was recently sworn in as Treasurer of the Federal Bar Association’s Northern District of California Chapter.
The National Bar Association is the nation's oldest and largest national network of predominantly African-American attorneys and judges. It represents the interests of more than 65,000 lawyers, judges, law professors and law students.
