Zofia Frydrychowicz is a member of the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice group in Warsaw specializing in corporate law and banking & finance transactions. Ms. Frydrychowicz has participated in numerous projects representing both borrowers and financial institutions in a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition financing, syndicated financing, commercial lending, acquisition of non-performing loan portfolios and LBO financings. Ms. Frydrychowicz has also advised on collateral arrangements in connection with complex cross-border financings. Ms. Frydrychowicz's experience also covers transactions involving public equity offerings.
Ms. Frydrychowicz is a legal advisor admitted to practice in Poland and joined Weil in 1996. Ms. Frydrychowicz graduated from the Warsaw University’s Faculty of Law and Administration and also completed a course in French law organized by the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of Université de Poitiers.
