Zillah Kisswany is an associate in the Finance practice of the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Zillah's practice involves representing borrowers, leading private equity sponsors, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based loans, domestic acquisitions and working capital facilities.
Zillah was seconded to the Finance Group in the firm's London office for 9 months during 2009 and then re-joined her colleagues as an associate in the Banking & Finance Group at the firm's New York office, which she had joined after the completion of her Master of Laws degree at New York University. She graduated first in her class from the University of East Anglia in 2006, with a specialized English Law with American Law degree, which allowed her the opportunity to study American law for a year in Houston, Texas.
Zillah was admitted to the New York Bar in 2008.
