Yolanda Cornejo Garcia is a partner in Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice in Dallas. Ms. Garcia represents corporations, corporate officers and directors in matters including national class actions, multi-jurisdictional cases, domestic and international arbitrations, securities cases, and internal investigations. During her career, Ms. Garcia’s representations have included American Airlines, Halliburton Corporation, Texas Rangers Baseball Partners, SemGroup Corp., The Williams Companies, Inc., Hughes Electronics Corporation, ALFA, S.A.B. de C.V., HealthMarkets, Inc., BearingPoint, Inc., SBC Communications Inc., and STMicroelectronics, N.V.
Ms. Garcia is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the US District Courts for the Northern Districts of Texas and Oklahoma and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third and Fifth Circuits.
