Wolfgang Süss is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice of our Munich office. Wolfgang focuses on acquisition finance, refinancing, restructuring and related matters. Before joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, he worked for a major international law firm in Munich and New York and has considerable experience in both cross-border and national transactions.
Wolfgang is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.
