Wolfgang Süss is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice of our Munich office who specializes in acquisition finance, financial restructurings and other financing matters. Before joining Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, he worked for a major international law firm in Munich and New York and has extensive experience in representing private equity firms, financial institutions and funds in national and cross border leveraged finance transactions and financing aspects of distressed situations.
Wolfgang attended the Universities of Cologne and Munich (first state exam 1997, second state exam (Law Degree) 1999, Doctorate Degree (Dr. Jur.) 2003,). He was admitted to practice in Germany in 2000.
Wolfgang is fluent in German and English and conversant in French.
