Warren T. Buhle is a member of the firm’s Corporate department specializing in representing lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of financial transactions. These include secured and unsecured credit facilities, leveraged leases, healthcare financings, restructurings, acquisition financings, letter of credit facilities, inventory and receivables borrowing base financings, tax-exempt revenue bond transactions and commercial paper facilities. Areas of particular concentration include aircraft and maritime finance, bank credit facilities, equipment leveraged leasing and healthcare finance.
Mr. Buhle has been recognized in Chambers USA – America’s Leading Lawyers for Business from 2005 – 2011 in the field of Banking & Finance.
Mr. Buhle is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the ABA Forum on Air and Space Law-Aircraft Finance and Contracts Division, and is a member of the Corporate Department’s Opinion Review Committee. Mr. Buhle joined the firm in 1991. Prior to that, he was a partner in the banking department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy.
Mr. Buhle graduated from Columbia Law School in 1976 and Johns Hopkins University in 1973.
