Vanessa W. Chandis is an associate in the Litigation/Regulatory department of the firm's New York office. Her practice area focuses on complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Weil Gotshal, Ms. Chandis clerked for the Honorable Joel A. Pisano, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Chandis received a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University and a Master in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Chandis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as a Senior Editor on the Journal of International and Economic Law, member of the Moot Court Board, and Legal Writing Fellow.
Ms. Chandis is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
