Tomasz Siembida is a legal advisor, admitted to practice in Poland in 2001, and Counsel in the Corporate Department of Weil. Since joining Weil in 2000 he has specialised in corporate law and is responsible for the consistency of the general corporate law advice given by the Warsaw office attorneys.
Mr. Siembida has advised on and led teams for a number of M&A transactions and corporate disputes. His clients include private and public companies operating on domestic and international markets in a variety of industries. He is one of the main advisors to PZU (the largest insurer in Poland), Bioton (one of the world's leading insulin producers), PGE (the largest Polish energy producer and distributor) and Cinema City (one of Europe's biggest cinema networks).
Fluent in Polish and English, Mr Siembida also actively serves as a pro bono court attorney for the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
