Todd R. Chandler is a partner in the firm’s Corporate department where he is a member of the Capital Markets practice.
Mr. Chandler advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. He has significant experience in representing private equity firms and portfolio companies in leveraged finance transactions and in representing clients in high-yield debt offerings in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, media, homebuilding, manufacturing and healthcare. Mr. Chandler also has significant experience in representing foreign issuers in cross border securities offerings and spent a substantial amount of time in the firm’s London office.
