Thomas Goslin advises clients on a wide range of environmental concerns in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financing transactions, corporate restructurings, project development and civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Goslin has extensive experience managing environmental due diligence, assessing environmental liability and risk allocation issues, drafting and negotiating contract terms, and representing clients in administrative and judicial proceedings. Mr. Goslin also assists clients identify emerging opportunities and risks associated with federal regulatory policy, including with respect to renewable energy development and greenhouse gas emissions. Mr. Goslin is the Editor of Weil’s Climate Change Update and has published numerous articles on the legal ramifications of climate change as well as other environmental issues. In addition, Mr. Goslin serves a Vice Chairman for Technology of the American Bar Association Renewable, Alternative, and Distributed Energy Resources Committee.
