Steven M. Margolis concentrates on ERISA, executive compensation and employee benefits, primarily in connection with sophisticated corporate transactions and reorganizations of leading Fortune 100 companies and general ERISA and executive compensation issues arising in connection with such transactions. He also drafts and advises on employment, severance, consulting and similar agreements and counsels on general employment issues, as well as representing clients on employee plan matters pending with government agencies including the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
