Stephan Wachs is an associate in the Antitrust/Competition department of the Frankfurt office, concentrating on EU and German merger control and representation of corporate clients in antitrust investigations by the European and German competition authorities as well as in private antitrust damages litigation. Further, he counsels on all regulatory matters, in particular those arising from the liberalization of regulated industries.
Universities of Berlin and Halle (law degree 2002) and University of Saarbruecken (LL.M. 2003). Study of economics at Fernuniversität Hagen. Admitted to practice in Germany in 2006.
Stephan is fluent in German and English.
