Soo-Jin Shim is a partner in the Banking & Finance Group. Ms. Shim regularly represents major financial institutions, private equity sponsors and borrowers in complex financing transactions. She has extensive experience in cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings, syndicated loans, restructurings and work-outs and also has experience in M&A and corporate transactions in Korea.
Ms. Shim is fluent in English and Korean.
