Sarah Priestley heads up the corporate tax group in Weil's London office.
Sarah specialises in corporate taxation particularly in complex UK, multi-jurisdictional and pan-European M&A and private equity transactions. She has been involved in a number of high profile deals for private equity and hedge funds, both US and European.
Sarah has a wide range of experience in the corporation tax, VAT and stamp duty aspects of commercial transactions, including take privates, private equity investments, private and public company takeovers and corporate restructurings and spin-offs.
She also advises on management packages and employment taxation, including PAYE and National Insurance contributions, and on share incentive schemes.
