Samuel M. Zylberberg has extensive national experience in a broad range of real estate transactions and related areas including lending, leasing, acquisitions, sales, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Mr. Zylberberg's mortgage loan experience includes approximately 20 years of experience in the origination of large commercial mortgage loans secured by hotels, offices, residential and mixed-use properties, including loans to be included in commercial mortgage-backed securitizations (and related bridge and mezzanine loans), construction loans, multi-asset and multi-state loans and loan restructurings, convertible loans, syndicated loans, and acquisition and sale of loans.
Mr. Zylberberg's extensive leasing experience includes representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, retail, hotel, sports arena, and other commercial leases.
Mr. Zylberberg has represented purchasers and sellers in single-asset and multi-asset acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial properties.
