Sally Willcock is a member of Weil London’s Business Finance & Restructuring team where she carries on the role of Professional Support Lawyer. She provides technical advice and training to other lawyers at the firm and to the firm’s clients on current strategic issues and case-law and statutory developments, with a particular emphasis on cross-border issues. Prior to her role as a professional support lawyer, Sally specialised as an insolvency and restructuring fee earner and partner and has represented clients in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency issues.
Sally is a frequent contributor to specialist restructuring and insolvency journals and texts and is a long-standing member of the Insolvency Lawyers Association Technical Committee. Sally qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales in 1989 and for most of her career has specialised in insolvency and restructuring. In 1997 Sally passed the UK Joint Insolvency Examination Board licensed insolvency practitioner exams.
