Ronald J. Pabis is a partner in Weil’s Washington, DC office where his practice focuses on patent litigation as well as licensing and other technology-related disputes.

Mr. Pabis has assisted and acted as trial counsel in jury and bench trials in courts throughout the country in a wide range of patent infringement and licensing matters. He also has significant experience in Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on behalf of both complainants and respondents and in arbitrating intellectual property disputes. His litigation practice involves a wide range of technologies including medical devices, analog integrated circuitry, semiconductor processing and packaging, networking and computer-related technologies.

Mr. Pabis holds a bachelor's degree in biology from Hobart College, and his law degree from Albany Law School of Union University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, numerous U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
