Roman Vojta is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and is resident in the Prague office. Mr. Vojta’s litigation and arbitration experience involves a wide variety of commercial and civil matters, including corporate governance and shareholder rights, regulatory matters, securities trading, defamation, breach of contract and damage cases, insurance claims, and bankruptcy litigation. He regularly represents clients in complex, high-stakes claims before Czech courts, including the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, and in arbitration disputes.
Mr. Vojta is a member of the Czech Bar Association and joined Weil in 1997. He received his law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University and his LLM from Columbia Law School.
