Rich Mullen is an associate in the Business Finance & Restructuring Department in Weil's New York office. He is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mullen served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York.
