Rebecca A. Thomas is a mid-level associate in the Business, Finance & Restructuring department in the Dallas office. Her practice focuses on retail, real estate development, manufacturing, oil and gas, and air transportation industries. Mrs. Thomas has been involved in a number of significant Chapter 11 cases including SemGroup, L.P., Crescent Resources L.L.C., and Key Plastics, L.L.C.
Mrs. Thomas graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in applied mathematics in 1997. She received her J.D., from the Southern Methodist University, where she was a member of the SMU Law Review Association, in 2006.
