Peter Godhard is an associate in the firm's Capital Markets practice in the New York office. Mr. Godhard has worked on a variety of public and private securities transactions, including representing investment banks and US and non-US issuers in a variety of securities transactions including the issuance of high-yield and investment grade debt, equity, tender and exchange offers and restructurings.
