Recent bankruptcy and restructuring matters in which Ms. Custodio has been actively involved include Patriot Coal Corporation, MF Global, and General Motors/Motors Liquidation Company.
Ms. Custodio’s capital markets experience includes representing, as part of a team, CCMP Capital Advisors in a $330 million senior notes offering to finance its acquisition of The Hillman Companies and affiliates; Barclays and J.P. Morgan, as underwriters, in the $764.8 million offering of LLC interests of Macquarie Infrastructure Company, concurrent with a $350 million convertible senior notes offering; and various private equity funds in secondary public offerings. She is also currently part of a team advising the underwriters in an initial public offering.
On a pro bono basis, Ms. Custodio has represented an organization that assists victims of domestic violence and their families.
She is a member of Women@Weil and AsianAttorneys@Weil, and is an active contributor to the Weil Bankruptcy Blog.
Ms. Custodio served a clerkship with Chief Judge Arthur J. Gonzalez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York from 2010-2011.
Ms. Custodio is fluent in Tagalog.
