Yaëlle Cohen is an associate based in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on acquisition finance, project finance, leverage finance and restructuring transactions, including renewable energy finance, tax-driven acquisition finance and regulatory issues. She advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders.
Mrs. Cohen joined the Firm in 2013 after spending two years in the banking & finance department of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in Paris. She received a LL.M degree in Corporate and Commercial law in 2009 from the Bond University (Australia), as well as a Master 2 degree in Banking and Finance Law in 2008 and a Master 2 degree in International and Commercial Law, both from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
Mrs. Cohen is a member of the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English and also speaks Italian.
