Vlada Rebeiz is an associate in the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Weil’s New York office. Ms. Rebeiz participates in the representation of public and private companies, as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Ms. Rebeiz has been part of the teams advising:

  • GE Capital in connection with the separation and initial public offering of Synchrony Financial (GE Capital’s North American retail finance business)
  • Altas Partners in its acquisitions of St. George’s University and Capital Vision Services, LP., which operates under the MyEyeDr. brand
  • American Securities in its sale of Presidio, Inc. to Apollo Global Management, LLC
  • Hess Energy Trading Company LLC (HETCO) in Hess Corporation's sale of its interest in HETCO to Oaktree Capital Management
  • The Jordan Company in its acquisition of DiversiTech Corporation
  • Snow Phipps Group in its acquisition of Cascade Environmental Holdings, LLC
  • Health Management Associates in its $7.6 billion sale to Community Health Systems
  • Partners Group in its sale of Universal Services of America (Universal) to an affiliate of Warburg Pincus, and minority investment alongside Warburg Pincus into the combined Universal/Guardsmark business
  • Perella Weinberg Partners in its minority investment in MOD Pizza LLC
Ms. Rebeiz received her J.D. from William and Mary Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude, Order of the Coif and was Notes Editor of the William and Mary Law Review. She was also awarded the 2013 L’Anson Award in recognition of great professional promise, and placed third in the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni Writing Competition for her student note, “Beyond Morrison: The Effect of the ‘Presumption against Extraterritoriality’ and the Transactional Test on Foreign Tender Offers,” which was published in the William and Mary Law Review.
