Susan Shores
As Director of Administration for the Dallas office of Weil, Susan Shores is responsible for administration of the Dallas office operations including overall support functions of legal personnel and administrative staff. Prior to this role, she was the Manager of Associate Recruiting and Client Relations for the Dallas office where she was responsible for managing legal recruiting and associate programs and business development and client relations’ programs and events.
Prior to joining Weil in 2003, Susan was a Legal Search Consultant with Hart Legal Search capitalizing on her law firm recruiting experience and extensive network. Previous to Hart Legal Search, she was Executive Director of the SMU Alumni Association and Director of the Office of Alumni Relations where she was in charge of outreach to over 82,000 alumni and oversaw alumni programs and functions. Prior to that, her law firm experience includes serving as Office Administrator for the Dallas office of Bracewell & Patterson, a Houston-based law firm, and Jenkens & Gilchrist in Dallas, where she recruited attorneys and developed and coordinated events. She earned her degree in Advertising from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and Society for Human Resource Management.
