Scott Hazelgrove is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition practice. His practice focuses on merger and acquisition antitrust issues, including Hart-Scott-Rodino compliance and Second Requests, as well as general antitrust compliance and antitrust litigation.
Mr. Hazelgrove has represented domestic and international clients in several industries, including manufacturing, steel, aluminum, oil and gas, technology, supermarkets, pharmacy, funeral homes and cemeteries, containerboard, ocean car carrier shipping, and entertainment.
Mr. Hazelgrove received his LL.M. in Law & Economics from George Mason University Law School and his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where he served as an editor of the Loyola Law Review and a member of the Moot Court board. He earned his B.A. from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Antitrust Law, and a contributor to the Transportation & Energy Industries subcommittee.
