Ryne Saxe participates in the representation of public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures. Mr. Saxe is also working with Weil’s antitrust group on certain regulatory matters related to recent public M&A deals.
Mr. Saxe has participated in the representation of:

- Synopsys in its acquisition of Atrenta
- eBay in its acquisitions of Motor-Talk GmbH and Twice
Mr. Saxe received his B.S. in Physics and Mathematics summa cum laude from the University of Alabama and his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was an editor of the Stanford Law Review and the Founder of the SLS Rwanda Legal Development Project. Prior to law school, Mr. Saxe completed research fellowships at both NASA and the University of Washington, and worked as a project manager for a group of development organizations in central and east Africa.
