Rishi Satia is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust/Competition group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as government investigations and private litigation. Mr. Satia has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including retail, medical devices and technology.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Satia served as a legal intern at the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition where he assisted Commission staff on merger investigations. He also held the position of research associate at the Public International Law & Policy Group.
Mr. Satia is a member of the American Bar Association's Section of Antitrust Law and the South Asian Bar Association. Mr. Satia obtained his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where he received the President’s Volunteer Service Award and GWU Law Pro Bono Service Recognition. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
