Piotr Fedorowicz
Piotr Fedorowicz is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the energy & natural resources department of the Warsaw office of Weil.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2010, and also completed a course in U.S. law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organized by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Prior to joining Weil, Piotr was employed by a number of Polish law firms based in Warsaw and by the legal department of one of the largest construction companies in Poland.

A specialist in energy law, real estate law and investment processes, Piotr has advised on many infrastructural projects, as well as on numerous real estate purchase and sale transactions. He regularly provides legal advice on matters concerning the mining sector, public procurement law and trade in real estate.

Piotr has worked on transactions involving several dozen wind farm and hydroelectric power plant projects located in Poland. He has advised domestic and foreign investors on various energy projects, including tender procedures and the construction of 910 MW to 1800 MW coal-fired power plants.

Piotr is fluent in English.
