He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2009, also completing a course in German law at the School of German and European Law co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Bonn. He also received an LLP Socrates-Erasmus Scholarship and studied at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich between 2007 and 2008. He qualified as a legal advisor in 2013. Prior to joining Weil in 2015, he worked at the Warsaw and London offices of a leading international law firm.
A specialist in project finance, real estate finance, general corporate finance and acquisition finance, Maciej has significant experience advising both lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border loan transactions. He has also worked on a number of restructuring projects.
Maciej is fluent in English and conversant in German.
