Lukasz Blazejczyk is a legal advisor admitted to practice in Poland and an associate in the corporate department of the Warsaw office of Weil.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2007, also completing a course in US law at the Center for American Law Studies co-organised by the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida Levin College of Law in that same year, and qualified as a legal advisor in 2011. He joined Weil in 2005.
He is a specialist in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions for private equity and corporate clients as well as capital markets transactions. Lukasz has advised on some of the most significant M&A transactions in Poland, initial and secondary public offerings, including M&A deals involving public companies. Lukasz has also advised on a number of financial restructuring processes.
The prestigious legal ranking publication Chambers & Partners has ranked Lukasz Blazejczyk since 2015 in the “Associate to Watch” category for restructuring/insolvency. According to the most recent report, “Lukasz Blazejczyk is broadly active on significant distressed mandates. Commentators describe him as ‘a very talented, hard-working and skilled lawyer.’’
