Logan Booth is an associate in the Firm’s Capital Markets practice.
Mr. Booth advises issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities. His practice focuses on initial public offerings, as well as investment grade and high-yield debt offerings.
Mr. Booth is also active in the UJA-Federation of New York, where he is a member of the Young Lawyers Division Leadership Committee, a Shapiro Family Fellowship recipient and a participant in the Observership Program.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Booth worked as a Corporate Finance associate at a leading New York law firm.
Mr. Booth received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2014, where he served as an Online Content Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review, and was recognized by The Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law. He received his M.A. from New York University in 2011, and his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from New York University in 2010.
