Logan Booth

Logan Booth is an associate in the Firm’s Capital Markets practice.

Mr. Booth advises issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities. His practice focuses on initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings and investment grade debt issuances. He has extensive transactional experience in the energy and financial services sectors.

Mr. Booth is also active in the UJA-Federation of New York, where he is Community Chair of the Young Lawyers Division.

Mr. Booth received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2014, where he served as an Online Content Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review, and was recognized by The Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law. He received his M.A. from New York University in 2011, and his B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from New York University in 2010.
