Katie Dziedzic is a Knowledge Management Attorney in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Katie was formerly an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and participated in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds. Katie also participated in the representation of private investment fund sponsors and their personnel in connection with economic sharing arrangements and various employment and separation agreements, in the representation of institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and other investment vehicles, and in advising fund sponsors generally with respect to Federal securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Katie received her J.D., as a St. Thomas More Scholar, from St. John’s University, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from SUNY Binghamton.
